Ourlunch Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Ourlunch! By subscribing to our meal delivery service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Subscription Plans
- Weekly and Monthly Plans: You can choose between weekly or monthly meal subscription plans. Each plan you can renew once its expired.
- Payment: Payment for your selected subscription plan has to paid after your 1st meal is delivered through COD/UPI (PhonePe, GPay, BHIM, Paytm) .
3. Ordering and Delivery
- Order Placement: Orders must be placed by 1-day before for next-day delivery.
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to specified areas in Bangalore. Please check our home page or contact us for more information.
- Delivery Times: Meals are delivered between 11.45AM and 1.45PM. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your delivery, that delivery will be counted in your subscription duration. you must inform 1 day before if you are not available
4. Meal Preferences
- Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Options: Customers can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal options when subscribing.
5. Hygiene and Safety
- Food Preparation: Meals are prepared in a hygienic environment, with separate cooking vessels for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes to avoid cross-contamination.
- Ingredient Quality: We use fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare all meals.
6. Changes and Cancellations
- Modifying Orders: Changes to your meal preferences or delivery details must be made 1-day in advance.
- Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support and refund will be made based on your remaining subscription duration.
7. Refunds
- Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only in the case of subscription cancellation. Refund will be made based on your remaining subscription duration.
- Refund amount will be credited with in 5 to 7 working days
- Complaint Resolution: If you have any issues with your meals or delivery, please contact us to address your concerns.
8. Liability
- Service Availability: We strive to ensure the continuous availability of our service but are not liable for any interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances.
